Waiting for Spring
After hanging out with the four popular members of the basketball team, Mitsuki finds herself surrounded by many new friends. One of the boys from the team, Towa, is in the same class as her, and she can’t help but be stunned by how close they’re becoming. Meanwhile, Mitsuki’s childhood best friend, Aya, has finally returned from America, and she has a confession shocking enough to make Mitsuki blush!
A sweet shojo story of a soft-spoken high school freshman and her quest to make friends, Waiting for Spring will delight fans of earnest, fun, and dramatic shojo like Kimi ni Todoke and Say I Love You.
Books and Basketball are just two of the many things that I enjoy, so bring basketball into a graphic novel and I am going to be all over it.
Although I am only 2 volumes in I am really enjoying ‘Waiting for Spring’, this second volume has really added some unexpected turns but I am loving the development in the story!
The characters have such a broad range of attributes allowing every reader to find a character they connect with.
Overall I would definitely recommend this Manga series, its a fun and quick read that hasn’t yet failed to make me laugh.
